Refunds and cancellation
Effective 23 July 2026 · operated by Yagni Corporation
spiffyk sells blocks of karaoke minutes. There is no subscription, nothing renews automatically, and nothing is charged that you didn't press a button to buy. This page says how to get your money back.
Nothing renews
A pack is a one-off purchase. Buying one does not start a subscription and does not set up a future charge, so there is nothing to cancel. Minutes you buy do not expire — if you don't use them this month, they are still there next year.
Unused minutes: 14 days, no questions
Write to support@spif.fyi within 14 days of a purchase and we will refund it in full, provided you haven't used the minutes it added. We don't ask why.
If you have used some of them, we will refund the unused part, pro rata, at what you paid for them.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Stripe usually takes 5–10 days to return it, which is out of our hands.
If the room was broken
If a room ate your time because something on our side went wrong — the audio never played, the room dropped everyone, minutes came off the clock while nothing was happening — tell us and we will put the minutes back. That is not limited to 14 days, and it applies to free minutes too.
Your clock shows a statement of where every minute came from and went, which is usually enough for both of us to see what happened.
What we can't refund is a network that wouldn't connect at your end, or a song that turned out not to exist. We will still help you if you write to us.
Free minutes
Free minutes are a promotion, not a purchase, and have no cash value. The size of the free allowance can change or end at any time. Minutes already claimed and sitting on your clock stay there.
If you'd rather ask your bank
Please talk to us first — a chargeback takes weeks and usually closes the account while it runs, and almost everything people file them for is something we would have refunded the same day. We answer support@spif.fyi.
